- Remote and On Site support:- The package of choice for the majority of our clients. This package covers nearly anything and everything that you expect from your IT support contractor. With this package, all services are included at a fixed price giving you complete control over your IT spend budget. Being a fixed price service, we make it our priority to ensure nothing goes wrong with your network.
- Remote Only:- This package focuses on core monitoring and maintenance services with no onsite support and limited help desk support. Additional on site support can be purchased as for a set number of hours each month on site, or arrange for out of hours cover at our very competitive fixed hourly rate.
- Pay as you go:- This is the most simplistic package when you need a support on the fly and you are not on our customer database or you do not want to be tied into any long term contracts. We will bill you for every hour we spend with you and its simple as that. You will find our rates among the most reasonable in the industry.
