The Waterford Marina hotel has selected Ignitus to be its IT hardware & support partner and the first project ”Changing to the Amadeus PMS solution” has been a successful start to this relationship. After a busy two weeks working with the hotel’s management team and the allocated Amadeus installer the Hotel went live with the new solution on Thursday the 13th of July.
This is of course only the start and some challenges lie ahead for the Hotel’s team adapting to a new reservation system but at least the IT wont be an item they need to worry about. We take pride in our relationships with key providers like Amadeus to work together to deliver great support as we offer 3rd party case management as standard to all our IT support customers.
