On september 5th Crowne Plaza Basingstoke was officially welcomed into the IHG portfolio and Ignitus is proud to be part of this fantastic project that has allowed us to deliver a wide range of the Ignitus technology solutions we offer to the hospitality industry.
What started off as an IT infrastructure change when the Amadeus PMpro was installed ended up being a project where we have been able to supply the Guest WIFI solution, Phone system, Door locks, Minibar, Safes, Hotel TV solutions, Structured cabling works and setup the Business Desk & Club lounge. Having worked with the owners & IHG before on a number projects including Best Western, Accor, Indigo, Holliday Inn and Holliday Inn Express we knew there was a high standard to work to and this being a Crowne Plaza conversion we knew there was a challenge ahead of us.
The project teams on all sides have been working hard these last few months and rose to the occasion. On September the 5th the property received the final approval to start trading as Crowne Plaza Basingstoke. Congratulations to the owners & operators and thank you for letting us be part of this fabulous project.
