What started as small IT project providing the infrastructure needed to run the Amadeus Brilliant PMpro 2-way PMS has grown into a great working relationship in which Ignitus provides its full range of services to a number of properties that are part of the same group. Sometimes all you need is an opportunity to show how technology solutions should be delivered and supported to establish yourself as a partner to the hotel’s owner and operator instead of just another supplier.
